New in the Mac app: Artboard Templates and Alpha Masks from every layer

With our latest update to the Mac app, you can save Artboards — and their content — as Artboard Templates.

Version 89 of the Mac app is out now. With our latest update to the Mac app, you can save Artboards — and their content — as Artboard Templates. These new Artboard Templates behave like any other Component, so you can share them in Libraries and reuse them across documents. You’ll find a few great examples of how you can use Artboard Templates in a new Library we’ve bundled with this update.

Also with this update, you can now use any type of layer as an Alpha Mask, including images and complex Symbols.
