- You can find and download a specific version of the Mac app on our releases page. Or, download the latest version automatically.
- Once the download is completed, drag the Sketch icon into the Applications folder to install the app.
- To sign in, open the Mac app, enter your email address in the Email field, and click Continue.
- Enter your password and click Sign In.
If you’ve used Sketch with a Mac-only license before, you’ll need to unlink your device. Open the Mac app and go to Sketch > Settings in the menu bar. Under the Account tab, select Unlink Device. Alternatively, head to the License Manager and remove all devices by selecting Unlink option.
Note: You can also download the Mac app directly from the web app. Sign in via the web app, then click on Help > Get Sketch for Mac at the bottom of the left sidebar.
If you want to update your Mac app to the latest version, make sure you’re signed in, then go to Sketch > Check for Updates > Install Update in the menu bar.
